With my passion project, Wilde Ernte, I aim to guide you to your center in the most beautiful, valuable, and nourishing way: through Ayurvedic cuisine.

Wilde Ernte intertwines the deeply rooted wisdom of Ayurveda with an aesthetically feminine approach, inspiring people to embrace a way of nourishment that is personalized, holistic, and seamlessly integrated into their daily lives.

Wilde Ernte, or WE, also symbolizes the power of community—through gatherings like cooking classes and offerings that celebrate the joy of food and meaningful connection. Every element is thoughtfully designed to accompany you with recipes, nutritional tips, and event recommendations, enriching your journey towards well-being.

At the heart of this project lies a curated selection of teas, crafted to harmonize with the four Doshas. These teas graced the shelves of Austrian stores for about two years, embodying the essence of balance and care.
